So yea, I'm diving for Shani's shoe, but I can't get out of the water anymore. Not possible to climb. Patch 1.31. Tried an earlier save before Isle of Mists and could climb onto a boat with no troubles. Before had similar bug that I couldn't climb a ladder when went to retrieve a treasure. Game breaking bugs galore it seems... anyone know how to fix?

Remove any mods you have (and I said *remove* not disable) and verify/repair your installation.
