I'm really annoyed with this company, I sent a support ticket 3 days ago and still I dont have a fix/answer in order to redeem the game, I have already tried 5 freaking accounts in order to get to claim the game, tried too uninstalling it, updating it etc. In 5 computers I have tried it and it doesnt work. For real, is it too difficult to help the community in order to all of us to have fun? Bad reviews of the page and of the platform coming if there is not a fix soon...

i think you will be leaving a bad review because they dont care about their customers and they are the only company that i have heard of that offers a free give away that no one can claim

PUSH Agreed they are totally ignoring us. Nice way to keep loyal buyers with manipulative tactics and vague instruction

oh now they fix the problem with linking gog galaxy to psn after the witcher 3 promotion is over now that you have fixed the problem with connecting to psn how about restarting the witcher 3 promotion so all the playstation owners who want a copy of the witcher 3 can get one just like everyone else & maybe gog can claw back some of the good will that was lost from the playstation community
