If I enable it I get 120fps at 4k but sometimes it sinks to 20fps (speccially in cutscenes) with a lot of stuter, disabling the option runs well at around 70fps with no issues.

Where I can report this?

They probably know about it so im not shure is reporting this anywhere really matters xd

1+ year delay for some visual mods and RTX, they also claim the full game went through a FULL QA pass, sure... will not expect an update any time soon, its 14th December, and they will come back in January, there are like 2 ppl working on the next-gen update.

Yes I have the same problem, I just disable frame gen for now
