Same here, Polish version. I hope this is just a bug. There is going to be a some serious sh*tstorm if they didn't record it on purpose.

Do you have any other file that look like : *.w3speech in GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\DLC\bob\content

I have only the english W3speech file on my system (manually install from GOG installer)

Look the manual installation only contain "English voice"

you need to install it from gog galaxy for the moment. I check and now the GOG galaxy is downloading the missing voice file butalso the whole 9gb :(

I've got the same problem, german version too. Sourroundings on the other hand have their normal sound - even dog barks etc. during the cutscenes.
I got the same problem with the German voices and lip movements.
English language works.
As someone else already posted in another thread, you can download the German voiceovers file here:
http://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=67714&p=1235686

There are in the first post links to six files which when extracted form one bigger file (1,3 GB). Move/copy it to the DLC\bob\content subfolder of your Witcher 3 installation folder.
I'm perfectly okay with waiting for them to just put the. Speech files in the download links.

Just, please, don't say that "using Galaxy" is an adequate solution. If I need a "game manager" platform to run my GOG games, then what's the difference from Steam? The whole reason I buy from GOG is to just have the installers and no strings attached- nothing between me and my games.
