I've bought the game from gog. but i've got poor internet connection well I install the game from a copy dvd (3dvd) and i use my cdkey. Now i'm downloading the 2.0 patch from GOG.com downloader. i removed from list other contents.
Is there a way to setup EE for economic download? i can't download 15gb...

Nope, that's how big the EE files are. Is there a free internet access somewhere you can use to DL the files?

I'm using desktop pc :( but i can use my gf notebook for download, is this file a setup.exe ? can i transfer to my desktop ?

The game on GOG is DRM free, so the files work regardless of what machine they were downloaded by. As long as you get all 15GB of setup files before they get changed by any subsequent patches then yes, you'll be able to transfer them from your gf notebook to your desktop machine.
