so next few times I skipped the tutorial entering a new game I talk to la Valette , I answer him 2 times after that a loading screen comes then it just closes to desktop. PLZ HELP

Also, what language is your text ingame? If it isn't already in english, consider changing it since there were many reports that this action fixed the crashes to desktop.

These are my specs and the graphics card is Intel HD graphics 4000 with all the drivers up to date also I use english

There is a problem with MSI Afterburner and Witcher 2. Are you using this programm? If yes, try to disable it or update it.
O try to lower your graphic settings. (Intel HD graphics 4000 is an onboard solution, or?)

I changed from ultra to low and nothing has changed and what do you mean with onboard solution ?

I asked if the Intel HD graphics 4000 is a graphic card or just a chip on the mainboard (= onboard solution). But if lowering the settings doesn't help you should ask GOG support for help too.
