I'd like to update to the latest version of The Witcher 2, but there are no patches on the list of downloads for the game. I really really want to avoid another 20+ GB download of the full game, is that the only option?

As far as i know this is the only way to get the patch. However, remember that the thread is from september 2014 so if you downloaded the game later you probably already have it.
