eCos: don't get me wrong tho, i don't have anything against her views. it's just that she's so idealized of a character that she comes off as a bit cheesy.
AudreyWinter: Isn't she supposed to be Jeanne d'Arc? I dunno why, but that always pops in my mind when I see her... maybe the virgin thing (wasn't she supposed to be un-rapeable because of a blind vagina?). Still have to play the Iorveth path, though, so I don't have all the facts yet.
Well, Saskia does have an air of Jeanne d'Arc about her, but nobody has ever made a credible claim that Jeanne d'Arc was physically intersex. She was "unrapeable" because she made a habit of wearing men's clothing ("laces and points") that is strongly resistant to being forcibly untied or removed. This was used against her at her trial, which is well, if mostly untruthfully, documented.
"...she said that she didn't dare give up her hosen, nor to keep them but firmly tied, because the Bishop [Cauchon] and Earl [of Warwick] well knew that her guards had tried to rape her several times..." (testimony of notary Guillaume Manchon)
Anyway, back on topic, the blond elf hooker you can rescue from Loredo is very cute and expresses her gratitude most becomingly.
