I know this is a stretch (and the answer is probably no) but I have a friend who only has a mac, but really wants to play the Witcher 2. Has anyone tested it to see if it can run in any form or fashion on a mac? Mac windows? with supplemental programs? Anything?

If the Mac in question has an adequate GPU, and you have Bootcamp with Windows XP, Vista, or 7, it should run just fine.

If you have Parallels 7 and are good at tinkering, you can probably get it to work. Don't even bother with earlier versions of Parallels or, worse, VMware Fusion.

If you are an Ubergeek, you may be able to get Wine up on your Mac and get it running under Wine.

It will not run native on Mac.
