Indecent Proposal: "Leave laredos estate". Left the estate, got the weapons back. The quest is still flagged with the message "Leave Laredos estate". ALso i can't medidate, and i'm pretty sure this has something to do with this quest, since it 'happens' at night. Also, completed the hangover quest afterwards meaning its now daytime and i cant medidate to getback to night time. Big clusterpoo. Wat do?

Malena: I interrupt the guards, follow the chat line and uppon accepting the quest. The screen goes black. I still get some sound, for a few seconds, and then the game stays silent and all black.

Computer specs? Also, have you tried reinstalling?

One bug might be something game-related. Two like that is enough to convince me that something's screwy on your end.

Something worth mentioning (i think), my brother also plays the game on this pc and has had no issue whatsoever thus far (we play on different user accounts).

Has he gotten past the parts that you're having trouble with? If so, maybe it's a permissions issue. Have you tried running the game as an administrator? Not sure if that would help, but if he can get past those parts then there's definitely something strange happening.

Admin permissions. He has been through these parts.
Other strange bugs include one in the fight tournament quest, where the game would just play all the cutmotions in sucession like i had won every fight (without even fighting).

It was annoying but atleast i could continue the storyline/game.

Well, that's really strange. Do you use different settings when you play?

Hopefully someone else can be more helpful, but in the interim you might make a quicksave and play through the problem areas on his account.
