Hey guys,
I had completed game long before enhanced edition came out. i have only a few save files left. And even on my oldest save file, I have completed the conversation with King Radovid part.. So is there any way I can still obtain the Lillies and Vipers quest (The new enhanced edition quest)?

Thanks in advance.

Nope. Even if you were at the right point, pre-EE saves often have to be at the end of Chapter 2 for the new content to work. Otherwise they're glitchy and get black screens and problems like that.

I have a save right after the conversation with Radovid, though. The new content triggers right as you leave, so you only have to walk forward from the point in the save. It's on dark mode (which can be changed) with none of the talent points spent (so you can use whatever build you want). Here: http://depositfiles.com/files/rypauysiz

Hopefully that helps.
Thanks for the reply. So you say my only hope is to use your (or others') save file? :(

With that I'd be losing my decisions. If you don't mind, could you please recall what decisions you made?

Yeah, sorry. I know it's not ideal, but if you're already past the point where you talk to Radovid then it won't trigger, and even if it does, you could be facing a black screen instead of the actual new quest. When EE came out it was recommended to start a new playthrough.

Hm, decisions decisions decisions. Let's see... I spared Malena, went with Roche, gave Iorveth his sword (because Roche gets mad at first, but he gets over it and Iorveth is nicer to you later), killed Henselt... can't think of any other decisions, but if there's something specific you wanted to know it'll probably jog my memory. I don't have just the one save, though; I made a bunch of them throughout the game, usually at big decisions or interesting sections of the game. Here's a zip file with the first 30 (leading up to the point where the new quest starts):

If you wanted a different decision than one I made, you should be able to start from one of those without having to play through the entire thing to get to the point you were at.
I'll try that. Thanks for all the help.
