I've played the first couple hours of The Witcher 2 and i'm in love. It now has me eagerly awaiting the Wild Hunt. Do you think my PC could run it?. I can run Witcher 2 on medium without any noticeable issues, and can run it on high with a noticeable frame drop. Theoretically could i run it? Wanna get it off of Gog to support them as best as I can. Plus i dont think i could upgrade my laptop any further. Thanks.

I don't think system requirements are out for Witcher 3 yet. Even if you preorder now and it does not meet system requirements you can cancel the preorder. I think system requirements will be put up a month or two before release.
The big difference in known requirements is that Witcher 3 requires DirectX 11, Vista and up (not XP), and 64-bit OS. Witcher 2 did not require these.

DirectX 11 requires AMD 5xxx and up (Evergreen and "Islands" series) or nVidia 4xx and up (Fermi, Kepler, Maxwell) graphics cards.

Other than the known requirements, it's a fair guess that a machine that can run Witcher 2 fluently should be able to run Witcher 3 at some setting.

Thanks. Appreciate it.
It's also hard to say without your laptop's specifications.
