ive had it for a while but never downloaded it the game looks fun but dont want to waste my time downloading something that want run. heres my specs

Yes, you could run it.

I have a inferior system to yours and the game run on it (albeit on the lower setting).

Yes it can, my pc was way worse than that and only really had trouble at the first big boss fight.
