So I'm a huge fan of The Witcher Series, and The Witcher 3 is by far my most anticipated game of anything coming out in the new future. I definitely want to buy the collectors edition, but the only two options are through either Amazon, or GameStop. It's not even availible at the moment through amazon, and I would really prefer to not give GameStop my business. So is there any other way that I could order it directly through them? I'm assuming there isn't, but I'm hoping so.

Also, if I were to buy the collectors edition, would I get all the extras that you get through pre-ordering on GoG?

I don't think so.

Here you can see all the extras, including those available only on GOG (like Neverwinter nights or artworks & avatars) - http://www.gog.com/thewitcher3/en
The collector edition is RETAIL only. And unfortunately, Namco Bandai is the one dealing it. Stay away. Your best bet is GoG. Lots of extras, although in digital form, discount for owning previous 2 titles, etc.

I preordered the collector myself, but immediately cancelled it, after reading Bandai Namco, and the articles about what those guys did to DCPR concerning the Witcher 2 (stealing 2 millions cash, leading them to law-court for making Witcher 2 DRM-FREE, etc).

Don't support crooks and villains. Even if you must skip your favorite game's physical form...
