Bug found
I bought and installed Witcher 2 a few days ago from Steam. After a few days of bugs because of Steam (all my saved games would not show up to load, even though I had them in "My Documents" still). I down loaded the full backup for GOG and reinstalled a fresh load in a new directory.

Now to remind you I had already gone through the tutorial and Just started into the game, not far at all JUST BEFORE the boat ride before Flotsam. I had a good supply of things gathers as I am playing on easy (Hey Noob here ;-) anyway,

So I started to play the new game (on my PC with the XBOX controller) and I no longer could move anything into my pockets at all! Even though I had daggers, bombs, and traps I could not move anything. I would just hear a "Click"! That's it.

So after an hour of reading and trying over and over again with no luck I go back to the tutorial to see what I'm doing wrong.
Obviously, I had to be!

So I go through the tutorial again and get to the part to teach me how to put things in my quick pick (pockets) and it is just how I have been trying for the past hour. So I go and load my game from last save and low and behold I can now move things into my pockets.

I guess that new load of the game "HAD TO" go through and get past this instruction before the action could be used in the game.

Boy! When I was fighting all of the mean smelly monsters in the cave I sure could have used a bomb or two. But I killed them with my sward and a lot of dodging. :-)

I wanted to let you all know this incase another person come to the same problem

The game is a lot of fun even though I am just starting. I play a little while then I read a whole lot to learn about what I just done and could have done different. I think I'm ready to change the game to NORMAL instead of Easy.

I really hope this helps others or the programmers at some time.

If this is already known please be nice and don't ridicule me for trying to help out, K?
