In the room where you get the quest to kill that bad leader and go by roches path (sorry i am really bad with names :P) anyway in that room you have a chest which requires a key to open.... where is the key?
This question / problem has been solved by evil_vasileimage
Im not sure who that bad leader is... Maybe you can take a screenshot?
Ah, I believe that bad guy you're talking about is Commandant Loredo and if I'm not mistaken the room you're talking about is the Blue Stripes hangout place.

There's an optional quest involving that chest, I'm not sure you can get it at that point, but you're supposed to talk to some Blue Stripes people in that room, you'll end up joining in some drinking games and balcking out. This starts a quest which involves that chest. Can't really say more without spoiling the quest.

No I think he's talking about that little box - not unlike the post dropbox in the office of the Burgomeister (yes I think it's spelled that way *g*) - right at the door when you enter Loredos office in his house, in his base. ^^

I'm guessing you'll get the key from Loredo. When you "deal with him" maybe...not sure, as I've not yet finished chapter 1.
i think i missed the part when the game explained why is loredo traitor(it was late so i skipped it...)

can someone explain me what he did to become a
traitor?

he is very badand naughty guy but a traitor?
I think he is talking about the chest in Loredo's house. Its on the level with all the sleeping guards who will wake up if you knock something over. There is a chest next to a bed that requires a key.
some one ?

Yes!!! thank you, i really meant Loredo!!!
and you were right with the chest... damn, why is it so hard to remember his name?? :/
The chest in Loredos place and the party at the Blue Stripes HQ are still two different things. :D

Obviously spoilers for anyone who hasn't gotten past Chapter One:

Loredo was working with Dethmold and Kaedwen even though he was supposed to be working for Temeria. The plan was for Loredo to help Kaedwen take over the Pontar Valley, including giving Kaedwan the town Loredo was supposed to be defending, all in exchange for cash-money, I believe.

I'm not sure where the key for the chest in question is (perhaps Loredo has it on him? Maybe his mother? *shrug*), but I think it's involved in the Mystic River quest. First you're supposed to find the sunken boat, then when you deliver the mail to the postman, you sneak a peak into the post box, and read the (completely lying) report Loredo is sending to Temeria, then you somehow open the little chest people are talking about in this thread and in it you find correspondence between Loredo and Kaedwan that proves Loredo is a traitor.
