Hello everyone,

I plan on playing the excellent-looking Witcher 1 in due course. I am wondering whether it is possible to source an untouched, original version for download rather than the enhanced edition. With Baldur's Gate, another classic, on the GOG store, there was a feature to download the original rather than the enhanced version.

Does anyone have any insights please? Very much appreciated.

Hello Will,
AFAIK there is no way to get the original on GOG. I just wanted to point out, though, that unlike Baldur's Gate or Icewind Dale, this EE is the work of the original team, so in a way you could say it's "truer" than the original.
