Untill you find a better fix, you could try swapping your primaries. I've had to do that before.
Use the Unofficial Patch and run the commandline option -setup from the game shortcut.
Like this for example: "C:\Games\The Suffering\SUFFERING.EXE" -setup
After this, select the display in the option at the top. If you have multiple monitors like 2, it should show 2 options there. You might have to guess which is what, since it just displays the driver.dll.

I'm having the same problem. How did you fix it?

EDIT: Ok, here is how I fixed it. Go to the shortcut titled "Launch The Suffering", right-click it and go to Properties. Under the Shortcut tab, make sure it says:

"C:\GOG Games\The Suffering\SUFFERING.EXE" -setup

Or whichever path you have it setup as. Just add a space and '-setup' at the end of the Target line.

After that's saved, try launching the game again. Now your graphics card selection should show up. Select each one to see which gives you all the resolution details. It should launch on the correct monitor. If not, try again when launching the game and select the graphics card.

Just a small side note: Basically, each graphics card selection, even if it's the same, is just selecting which monitor you want your graphics to project the game to.

Hope this helps someone out there!
