XSEED announced they'd released a patch for Trails and Trails SC on the 13th of December on their Legend of Heroes Facebook Page and mentioned that "GOG will also soon receive it as well"

Any idea on when the updates are coming?

It's in your library waiting for you now :) - Maaaannnyyyy bug fixes and changes based on what's in the Changelog.
