The skill reads: "(Free Passive) You cannot be paralyzed, and your damage can never be lowered."
-> Gets paralyzed anyway via Crabbid

You might want to post that in the official Discord chat for the game :) The dev is quite active there :) Look for a room called #da _bug_zone
