Whatever it is, it's part of the offline installers now.

seems like the Offline Installer download links of the german and french versions are broken.
Multi language support was added.
Perfect to see this game in german without the fan patch.

Many thanks and kind regards

It adds a couple of languages and apparently deletes previous savegames.

EDIT: Anyway the saves can be downloaded from the Galaxy cloud saves backup. But you need to do it manually, It is not done by default. At least for me

EDIT: Ok, I must correct myself. The saves are not deleted. The update changes the folders where the saves are created.

In the previous version the saves were placed into "My Documets\Telltalle Games\Episode 1/2/3..." and so on. The update creates new folders named "Tales of Monkey Island 1/2/3..." ad so on. They are the new folders the game expects for the prefs and saves. Therefore you must copy paste your old saves into the new routes.

Anyone else get a 404 when trying to download the german installer exe? All other languages work fine.

Don't own the game myself on GOG but maybe the installer is now multi-language and GOG simply forgot to change some pointers? In other words did you try to download the English one and see if you can change the language in the options during install or via setup after install?

I fear that the previous savegames are incompatible. I was able to make them available in game, but the autosave or the regular save crashes the game. Apparently they have changed something more than the routes themselves.

About the installers, gogdb show them as three different installers, being Deutsch the bigger in size.
Apparently the previous version didn't have Earl Boen voicing Le Chuck because he didn't record Le Chuck's lines in episode 1 until they did episode 5. They used a different voice actor in earlier versions of the game and GOG had an earlier version. This update replaces the voice with Earl Boen's voice.

German exe still doesn't work. Has someone reported this?
The French exe works fine, even yesterday.

The French exe works fine, even yesterday.
French does also not work, did you try to download both files?
I've reported it but did not get a response yet.
Maybe it would help if more customer report it.

You're right. The french exe works, but the bin file doesn't.
Update:
GOG has fixed this issue. the links are working now!
