Don't get me wrong : I LOVE syberia , but the last episode was .... "so so" in my book.
I will get this episode, because it's the last work of Bruno Sokal sadly.... :-(

But I'll wait the return of "early adopters"..... Blacksad was a real bad experience for me, lastly ...

Was the young pianist, in the prologue, Kate's Grandmother, Mother, ?
Is episode 4 a flashback and also a futuristic episode?
Is number 4 a posthumous release?

I understand how you feel. Syberia 3 was ok, not great or perfect as the first two games but it was ok.
Honestly, I think the new game will be a strong comeback of the series. At least that's my opinion. I played the prologue and it gave me so cool vibes, remembering of the first two and judging by the trailer, it will be awesome. Also the game look beautiful with the new engine.

I haven't played Blacksad, I wanted to try but didn't have the time We don't know. Dana may be a relative of Kate. Also there might be other connections to her. If it is a relative, I would bet she is her grandmother because of the time-period.

The World Before is a posthoumous release because Benoit Sokal passed away at the end of May.

I was informed that the Syberia 4 full download will be available on this coming December 10th which is my birthdate. Is that just a coincidence or is it because maybe I was the first to preorder? I did mark the game to be informed when it would be available.
