Years ago this guy named "Deadman" created this manual on how to make maps for SWAT 4 for this now defunct fansite. It's a really good resource if you're interested in making maps for this game.

http://induktio.net/download/Deadmans.Idiots.Guide.To.Mapping.pdf

The site it's now hosted on has a lot of really useful utilities such as

After all these years it's still cool to see what I made for the SWAT community is still floating around. I haven't opened this tutorial in years. I was apart of a clan called Above The Law with Kaz and Dragon and released this tutorial as a way to get people to join the modding community. I was also a part of the modding community for SWAT 3 as well and created a clan called Section 8. This is cool as hell. Are there any members here who were apart of my team or ATL? Would absolutely love a SWAT Reunion!!

Hello SWAT colleagues, actually I have been looking for a tutorial for a long time to create maps and scenarios of this wonderful game, now there is the successor to SWAT, (ready or not) and the truth is that I have not played it, because SWAT is very good, light and easy to manipulate, I'm 46 years old and there are days when I play it and I don't know if it's because of my age but there are still missions that are hard for me to pass hahaha but in conclusion I really appreciate this post!! a giant hug to the creator of the tutorial and to the one who republished it here!!!
