I pre-order the game and I wonder if there is a possibility for me to get a DRM free version of SUPERHOT ? Right now, I only have a steam key.

GOG didn't have SUPERHOT up for pre-ordering, so, no, you are not entitled to a GOG copy of the game, unless you buy it here.

If you pre-ordered on Steam, you get the Steam version. GOG and Steam are market competitors, it's as if you buy a pack of Pepsi and then ask Coca-cola to give you a pack for free because you bought another cola drink.

Maybe try asking the developers for a DRM-free copy? Some devs have been known to do that, on occasion.
