Hi all,

We have uploaded a new version of Sudeki that features a language selector tool in a new "Settings" menu item in your Start menu. This means you no longer have to set your system language to a given language in order to get your preferred language. Please download this new build (installer version 2.1.0.7) at your earliest convenience :)

Thanks and have a nice day :)

Thanks for the update , but since i'm one of those who reported the problem ;

1 - wasn't passible to make a patch to add the language selcector to the previous installer , because the game installer is 4.7 GB size

2 - the language selector is just a way to go around the problem of the cutscenes voice-overs because there's no ohter ingame languages (voice-overs) than english . At least it will let to choose the subtitle..

3 - I don't understand how you didn't noticed the issue before pushing the game on sale ......

1. AFAIK, no, it wasn't possible to make a patch. Yes, we realize it's a pain in the neck to re-download the entire 4.7 GB just for a language selection option but that's due to the technical limitations of the game and/or how it's structured.

3. We did notice the problem but we didn't have enough time to get the updated build out in time for the game's release. Sorry about that :/

Er, how to say that, when i sent a ticket to the support , i got an answer like ; they investigate the problem ;

So no you weren't aware about the issue, when the game hit the release, i can copy & paste the support ticket answer if you want.....

but now the problem is "fixed" , i won"t blame anyone, but your answer didn't convince me :/ , it just doesn't reflect the support anwsers

A 4G+ download to select my language? I choose "profanity". :)
Overall this seems to be technically very well rounded and well featured. Good job!
At least the fix came early. We early adopter shouldn't be too selfish, it's not always about us, it's just business.
So the videos do still have all the audio channels for all the languages i guess?
Wouldn't it be easier to simply aquire the other languages audio files and offer them as download? All it would need is a simple explanation of how these files must be placed instead of trying to patch something with code.

They fixed it. Don't be a douche about it. You probably received the standard "cut & paste" many companies reply with. A support ticket is just that. It's seeking support. I'm very sure the devs knew about the problem which is why they released the new build.

There's always someone out there with a "conspiracy" theory about devs doing/not doing shit on purpose. I hope you worded your request much better than your worded your "thanks".

It's easy for you to accuse me for whatever you want, but you probably use/used the english language, so there was no problem with this one....

No i didn't have any conspiracy in mind , but having different answers which didn''t match , it's a not very good to me. Judas' explanation was just worse than the support ticket, if it' was really what happended.

Having to redownload 4.7 GB wasn't great either.

I don't see the point to have a further discussion about this, since they made some apologies. And i didn't blame anyone . I just hope they won't repeat this kind of mistake before pushing a new game to the store. (especially games with multiples GB).

Yeah. That would be nice of GOG to do this. (No sarcasm)
So I guess the problem is that it made the file larger?
