Having a rather strange bug, my audio, unlike others I've read, runs fine except for voices. No trader, or VAL voice, etc... It worked one time for me properly and I never heard it gain. I had not tweaked the setting before or after. Would really love it if I could get it to work since the VA added a nice extra something to the game, like the voice in DK.

Same Problem really. Would appreciate a fix if someone has one.


EDIT:

Solved. It is a problem with sound channels. A reinstall of my drivers had reset my audio to 7.1 . Me using stereo headphones means that I don't hear the channel with the voice on it. Hope it helps anyone if they stumble across the same issue.
