I'm not a fan of Camera Shaking. I cannot remember how to turn this function off.
Every where I have looked there is no toggle or slider for this.

Then I think @ussnorway answered your question above.

there is no camera shake setting in Kotor for crit hits

some small areas of kotor2 have a small shake to show something blowing up etc

its possible you are mistaking some mouse spin [normally because of V-sync] or other issue for camera shake
