Hello community, I have a problem with Spore: I can't login, when I try to login I'm getting this error:

There was an error connecting to the Spore servers. Your computer might be offline or your internettt connection may be having problems. Check your connection or Visit Spore.com for additional assistance or server status.

And when I start the Spore, I get this messsage:
Network play disabled

Can someone help me? I don't know what is the problem and I wrote the correct username and password[DOT]

Spore Collection - How to access online features

From your GoG account, get your SPORE Serial Keys.
If you have Origin install, log in and redeem your codes there then launch the game and log in to Spore using your Origin credentials.

If you don't have Origin, download it at www.origin.com/download and register an account then do the steps above.

Once you have set up your Spore account in game, you can use the GoG version of the game and not use Origin.

The game should be updated by now, but it hasn't. The proof is in the Version numbers:
Old SporeApp.exe Version: 3.0.0.2818
Current GOG Version: 3.0.0.2818
Current Origin Version: 3.1.0.22

Plus the game says "There was an error connecting to the Spore Servers" when on Origin I can connect fine.

Yeah I opened a ticket about it in the last week . Attached all version number proofs . But they ignored it simply :(
