As stated in the title. I installed Spellforce 3 Reforged today through gog galaxy but what boots is the free version of Spellforce 3 Versus with the steam overlay.

Damn, is that what I just installed? I just saw Reforced on my games list in Galaxy, so I downloaded it. It won't start because it can't find the steam api lol. Oh well, guess I'll try again tommorow.

i tried to repair /update and it downloaded an 150 MB patch that did nothing to fix it.

Same... can't start the game' says I don't have Steam API

Has anyone raised a bug ticket with GoG support? My guess is GoG was sent the wrong binaries by the developers.
