It's pretty obvious that Activision has made demands about pricing, and that GOG won't be able to meet all of those demands until they've gotten around to adding more pricing options (which is something they've said they're planning to do - possibly as a result of the Activision deal). As has previously been said, the full Space Quest collection costs 20 bucks elsewhere. GOG has likely gotten around having to wait until they've implements the new pricing options by making the series available in two ten-dollar packs. They might be trying to negotiate a cheaper price for the first three games, though.
There's one game that Activision has recently re-released for twenty bucks that definitely won't be coming out on GOG until they've implemented the new pricing options, though: Planescape Torment.
