N0rdmann: yep 24hours to go -_- but it's weekend... give them some time.
I'm sure even when the sale is over they will be helpful if you opened the ticket in time.
Opend a ticket on Nov 7, that was monday... sa far nothing just the auto reply saying they got the ticket

:/
I explained the situation in another topic.
lol gotta be blind sorry you're right, 3 of the 4 appIds are DLCs so you can't reliable check for them via API which makes it impossible for it to be added through GOG connect - anyway its already known for a long time that Steam API cant check for packages and DLCs so i wonder why GOG added the ultimate edition for connect

N0rdmann: You are right, but the API cant check for owned DLC neither!

So the solution remains the same: they just need to check for those 4 appids and everybody should be happy :P
(cant be that hard to enhance the check)
You're contradicting yourself. If API can't check for owned DLC, how checking for AppID of DLCs fix anything? :P
This is how API works, by checking AppID. You can't check DLC or game without it.
And I wrote in my post that it can't check DLCs. More precisely, most DLCs, it works for some of them.

Its over - and nothing
so did anyone manage to get this before the time ran out ? or get a response from the support team ?
no and no

:(
No and I am annoyed about it...
I'm not Angry Or Anything just disappointed there's been no official Response to this issue :/
same here, hope they will get back to us as the tickets were opened prior to sale/connect phase end.

Only option remaining might be manually checking profile games tab for each person: http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxx123/games/?tab=all there it displays DLCs aswell at least
I'm with the rest of you. Yes I already own the game on Steam (Ultimate Edition), but I would have liked to have it DRM Free. I sent in a Support Ticket on the 8th, and still haven't received a response yet.

I know they don't have to give you the games if they don't want to, but the lack of response to any support tickets leaves me with a bad image of GOG.

I for one would like to see GOG / GOG Galaxy eventually surpass Valve / Steam, and pave the way for DRM free everywhere.
Yeah, I also have sent a support ticket a few days ago, and I still can't get SoaSE neither. Let's see if there will be a response
now that the sale is over.
high rated
Hi everyone,

Really sorry for the delay in getting this sorted. We've set up a new temp email address for folk who've had issues with Sins on GOG Connect, and can still look into this and get things sorted for you. If you've had any issues with GOG Connect, drop a line to sinsconnect@gog.com and someone will pick it up from there. Thanks, and apologies again for the inconvenience.

If you haven't done it yet it'd probably be a good idea to put a post in the general discussions about this.
