My menu screen seems to be bugged like it's scrolling up, once the game loads in, everytime even after reinstalling the game it stills happen. It's like the small highlighted icon keep scrolling up continously and infinitely. I'm not sure what's going on and what to do, i can't play the game or get into the game, without the infinite autoscrolling thing up. Is there a solution to this or a way to stop this from happening ? I want to play Silent Hill 4.
