Before I try to buy this, would this game work for Windows 7? I've encountered problems with like the Fallout games, but thanks to the forums here, I got that fixed. Just wanted to know before I try to buy the game.

I have Windows 7 32 bit and it works fine for me. If you do have problems, however, there are plenty of people here that will help you.

I cannot personally confirm it, but I think this might help:

Amazing! :) Thanks a lot for the link! By the way, I just purchased and started playing here in my office (as we have Windows XP SP2 here). I'll go home and try with Windows 7 64bit :D

No problem. I hope you enjoy the game.
It does work on Win7 64 for those who may still be wondering ;]
Yes, it seems that most of the problems people have with the game are related to getting the videos to work, which is in turn related to Quicktime. It does not seem to matter which operating system it is. There are already many threads which explain various ways to fix the video issues, and many players don't have any problems at all.
If all else fails to get movie playback to both be heard AND seen, i.e. Installing as admin as well as running the game in Windows XP (SP2) compatibility mode & as Admin, as it did for me...

Install the latest version of Quicktime, open the player, open Quicktime preferences, go to the Advanced tab and then check the "Enable encoding using legacy codecs" box. I think this is the holy grail of fixing this video problem frankly... I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. This fix also enabled the opening credit videos to be played, including the one Maya narrates, which if I recall sometimes would not play for some people even when they could get the in game videos to show up. I hope his helps anyone else with this problem!
