How do I un equip a character if, let's say I want to switch Grubbs armor with Maya's? I know how to equip new stuff, but I don't know how to un equip stuff.

You cant unequip armor or boots (i think you can amulets and add-ons to weapons) - you must switch it other type of armor (ie cheapest) if you want to give it to the other guys in the party.
