I found them really annoying, especially considering how much they repeat so I'm sharing this in case it annoyed anyone else.
Go into the installation folder, then inside that will be another folder called "Localization". Open localization_en.ini (or localization_pl.ini if that's the preferred language) in notepad and scroll down to the list of hints. Change all of the text inside the quotation marks to spaces. Do the same with hint_indicator: a few lines above the list. Again, change the text inside the quotation marks to spaces. Save the file and you're done. Hope this helped.
