RTC1 and RTC2 are gone, too. Or was that for a different reason? I am not sure anymore.

RCT1 and RCT2 are found both on GOG and Steam. The only thing Frontier did there were the expansions for RCT2, and are not the subject of the lawsuit.

Yes you're right. Sorry. The search didn't initially find the games. My mistake.
Will people who have already purchased Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 have any problems with keeping it?

No. Especially not on GOG, where you can, you know, download the installer and keep it backed up however you wish.

Don't blame lawyers, blame Atari for YET AGAIN not paying their dev teams their due.

Yeah, no. This is Atari the 5th's own petard being hoisted.
just got (re)announced for switch and pc, but only steam and epic store it seems
And no Atari's involvement: https://twitter.com/frontierdev/status/1303333426368516097

It could still possibly come to GOG. Alot of devs only note Steam in their game announcements even though said games actually do release on GOG. They just for whatever reason never advertise GOG which is so irritating.
Would buy it again, since i own the cd version of rct3 deluxe which was for europe.
But am kinda not sure if a no cd patch works with the version of game i have.

I agree, GOG needs the promotional love spread from these publishers. I saw it announced on Steam and as a free game on the Epic Game Store. Perhaps GOG is waiting for Epic's promotion to end so it can reintroduce it on their store. Then we can have this happen on the wishlist.
