Does it offer anything more than what we already get with RCT and RCT and the expansions? It says "remastered" but the screenshots look the same.

It looks like interface has been changed, additional zoom levels were added . Scenarios from RCT1 and 2 were rearranged to create new campaign. You can watch this video to make up your mind:

You can also check open source project for RCT2, if you have not done that already:

No.

The new things that RCT Classic has compared to RCT1 and RCT2 are:
- native hi-res (implemented in OpenRCT2)
- boosters for select coasters (implemented in OpenRCT2)
- additional zoom (implemented in OpenRCT2)
- the Tycoon Park that shows up when you finish all scenarios (a single file you can probably find on the Internet by now)

RCT Classic costs more than RCT1 and RCT2 combined with and without sales (and they're always simultaneously on sale). And let's be honest, this is a PC port of a mobile port of an already PC game.

You can just carry on with the oldies :)

Thank you both, Sulibor and Plok_HR. I can only mark one post as the answer, so I marked the newest one, but you both helped me out. :)
Good info i just installed openrct2 and i only have most of expert parks left to beat for the expansions and 2 in the original game of rct2.
Beaten rct1 deluxe in the past and am still playing rct2 ttp.
Was considering the classic version but that would have been time wasted not just money.
Also speeding up the game only works 3 times?
Can't i speed up the game more like i seen in some videos.

I also noticed just 3 fast-forwards, yeah. OpenRCT2 wins in that respect again.

Four. You forgot about hyperspeed.

I used the stable that i downloaded a few days ago and it only goes up to turbo speed there.
Hyperspeed i don't see anywhere.
Also i think you can speed up classic edition also but don't know how much they allow it to speed up.

Perhaps it should have been clarified that I was talking about OpenRCT2.

yeah i have openrct2 but i see no hyper speed when i checked it a few moments ago.
Think i am using stable from
0.4.3 (2022-12-14)
What are you using?
Oh i just went and checked the openrct2 forum.
For hyper speed to get the hyper speed option you need to have debugging tools enabled in the options.
i didn't know this before.

Well, that probably explains it.
