So I downloaded the demo and enjoyed it, but I found an annoyance when I tried to play it again in a different order. Every time I run the game, I have this menu start up. Running on a Vista machine, I have to run it in Administrator mode, and I would rather find a way to avoid that. Is there a way to start the demo without having this come up every time?

Hi Rognik. Which menu are you referring to?
It's a set-up menu. It has Graphics settings, Sound options and Language, along with Advanced settings. The lower-left corner has the buttons Save, Save and Run and Cancel. If that doesn't help, I can try taking a screenshot and uploading that.

Hey, that's easy to avoid ;)

The GOG Installer makes the shortcuts to the game point to "winsetup.exe", which opens the set-up dialog.

If you point directly to "Resonance.exe" (Found in the same folder. Just right click the shortcut, and in destination, change the final "winsetup.exe" to "Resonance.exe"), then the game should run directly.

Huh! I didn't know GoG set it up that way. Kind of clever, really, since people can NEVER find that darn winsetup file.

Hehe, you're right. I had that problem too, with Gemini Rue. I went bananas until I found how to display the set-up dialog to run the game in windowed mode :)

Still, I'd rather have two shortcuts. One for running the game, and other for the set-up. I don't know if you're open to suggestions, but... ;)
