Does anyone know if this issue still exists on the GoG version of the game?

My issue is that I just beat QFG 3 last weekend (Played 1 & 2 remake previously) as a Wizard character who has all skills including lock picking maxed out.

I am about to start 4 this weekend but I want to know if I have managed to destroy my chances to marry Katrina in V by having Lock picking ?

If this issue does exist (Boo hoo!) is there any way to still marry Katrina?

- I have read on the forums that QFG V does not count you as a thief if you do not actually use the Lock picking skill? Would this work?

- Failing that is there a way to hex edit either my QFG 4 import file or my QFG 5 Import file to remove lockpicking?

It has been a long time, but AFAIK the game considers you to be a thief if you have the lock picking skill, whether or not you actually use it. Katrina is therefore a non-option for that character.

There may be a save game editor, but I don't know of any offhand.

I think if you have any thief skills, you cannot marry Katrina. Or Erana for that matter

It's for QfG character files exported from 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Are the GOG versions already patched? I've read you have to patch 5 to be able to marry Katrina at all....
