The "Features" on the games store page mention "60 levels" but when I count them all I get a total of only 59 (E1–E4 all with 12 levels, E5 with 11 levels). I wonder now: is there a map missing in E5 or is there a secret level? Please explain this.

I guess this includes the very first map when you start the game before you get to the Workshop for the first time, which isn't technically part of E1 and has 0 secrets?

I feel so damn stupid right now. :D Of course that one does count too. Sometimes you just don't see the most obvious things. Case closed.
