E-Mail support request sent Saturday, August 9, 2023 at 7:00 am Est.
"Your ticket has been sumbitted.
Our friendly support team will respond to you as soon as they are able - typically within 24 hours."
(Yes, it says "sumbitted" on the "your activity" page)
It is now almost 9:30 PM on Monday, August 21, 2023.
I can't even submit a new support request if I have any issues for any other game, because I already have an open ticket.

What is the point of email support? Going by other forum posts I've seen it seems as though no one even checks for incoming email messages.

I would post the same message that I emailed for community support, but there doesn't appear to be any way to view your ticket once it's been posted, and I had a lot of technical data and troubleshooting steps included that I promptly forgot once they were typed..

Reader's Digest version of my issue
I purchased Prison Architect and downloaded the two free DLC.
I installed the base game using the offline installer - it ran perfectly (albeit a tad slow to start up)

~~~~~
EDIT:
I forgot to mention that it is not installed to the default location. I have it in [G:/Games/[Games Library]/Prison Arcitect]
During my tests I did try to install it once to the default, GOG/Library folder, but it still crashed
~~~~~

I installed one DLC using the offline installer - It crashed.
WinDbg says galaxy64.dll can't verify checksum
Event Viewer says ntdll.dll is bad
I uninstall both and install GOGGalaxy
I uncheck the DLC so they don't load, and ran just the base game - Runs great!
Install Free For Life DLC - Crashes with the same errors!
Windows is a fairly fresh install, only a couple of weeks old.
Windows drivers are up to date
VC runtimes are up to date
graphics drivers are up to date
DirectX is up to date
sfc /scannow comes back clear of any integrity violations
"Prison Architect.exe" is set to run as admin and full screen optimizations are disabled
"Prison Architect.exe" is added to the firewall for personal networks

I'm sure there is something I'm forgetting, and I'm not uploading the reports that were generated to a public forum due to personal or identifiable information that may be included.

If anyone thinks they might know what's going on or how to fix my problem with this game, I can send reports and logs.

Edit2
So I just noticed that someone has fixed the typo in the "Your message has been sumbitted", and removed the "Usually withing 24 hours". So I know someone has read my post.
But still no reply to my initial support ticket five days ago...

I have tried every solution that the internet has thrown at me, and I still cannot play the game with DLC installed.

So when I try to launch Prison Architect from the .exe with just "Free For Life" DLC (The DLC doesn't matter, it happens with any of the DLC), for some reason it still is trying to launch the GOGWrapper. Without the DLC it loads just fine.

When using GOG Galaxy it auto-installs both of the dlc, and when I uncheck them it tells me the location is corrupt and won't allow me to verify the files until I remove the game using add/remove programs.

I would really prefer to not use the GOGGalaxy launcher if I can help it. I don't feel like the launcher honours the DRM-free claim that GOG likes to make. It seems that what I want doesn't matter, GOG is forcing the users to use the launcher.

I've deleted the settings and preference files as well as the sql file. I removed all saves and mods from their folders.
I tried to attach my debug.txt, but apparently that's the wrong format, so here's the guts of the file, splattered all over these walls
