When I first played Postal 2 I was surprised to see a shot-n-up with so much freedom and apparent normality in its missions. (buy the milk; buy some napalm...)
I liked it so much I bought the Collector Edition and I was deluded by the weekend that becomes a normal shot-n-up. So lets focus on the original Postal 2.
Everything is lard with improbable episodes that put you in difficult and usually violent situations.
On the other hand I found refreshing that it is well possible to avoid violence and killing in most cases; no-one says you have to steal the money from the bank or start everyday picking up a cop uniform. I personally finished the whole game with 0 kills. It seldom annoying, but possible.
So, my question is: why people insist saying the game is violent? It seems quite the opposite. You are just an average joe that tries to live his life in a gone crazy world.
