I'm trying to join a team deathmatch server, but it keep choking on one file, MpAnnouncer3. More specifically, it'll download the file just fine, then try to download it again with 1/10th the speed, and if I cancel that it doesn't count as having downloaded. Also it says it's an optional file, but if I cancle it then I get an error saying "cannot find package for MpAnnouncer3" or something like that and I get booted back to the main menu. So my question is twofold:

What's causing this? Anyone know how to fix it?

And can I just download MpAnnouncer3 normally from somewhere, then put that wherever it needs to go in my Postal 2 folder?
