Hello all! I've had PST for awhile now, and recently decided to replay it. So, I DL'd it, tried to get the mods in the mods guide working...and it's been hit and miss.

First time, the widescreen mod worked fine, but the UI mod wouldn't install. Figured it was the antivirus (Avast) so disabled and installed, then installed the rest of the mods. Found out the resolution wouldn't let me play, so uninstalled everything and tried again...

Since then, it can't decide whether it wants to install the widescreen and such or not. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the avast shield, making sure it's all under Admin stuff, in the proper place...

Man, all this because I wanted to play in windowed :(

Any help, folks? I'm getting super frustrated.
