Hello, I am in the Dead Nations and was given the quest by Hargrimm to destroy the cranium rats. I killed all of the cranium rats, yet I cannot find a way to run the quest into Hargrimm. None of the dialogue options seem to work. Also, I have already found proof of Soege's treachery and Hargrimm has killed him. I don't know why I can't turn this cranium rat quest line in and it's driving me crazy. Anyone have a suggestion?

Assuming you have killed all six of them... if you have the quest, it should be possible to complete it (the dialogue option would be "I have some questions..." -> "I found and killed a group of cranium rats in the rubble of an old passageway"), regardless of other circumstances. I know it's even still possible to turn in Soego if you received the quest and then discovered another way out of the Dead Nations before talking to Hargrimm about the evidence, so it's unlikely there are any major quest-breaking bugs here.

EDIT: Tested this in the same order (exposing Soego first, then taking care of the rat quest), and I could still report the quest to Hargrimm via the aforementioned options. If both quests were completed at the same time, both could be reported. This is on a "vanilla + a few tweaks" build, so it's unlikely the quest is bugged - I would double-check if all rats are really dead.

EDIT2 (SPOILER): In case you're actually stuck in the Dead Nations because of this, the alternate way out requires talking Stale Mary into helping you, but you need very high Charisma to pull this off (16+, I believe, usually can be achieved by casting Friends if you're a mage).

There are even more ways to leave the Dead Nations again.
As YnK mentioned 16+ CHA charms Stale Mary to give you access to the Silent King - and then you can decide how to act...
You could simply kill Hargrimm and take the key to the door - but then you have to fight your way out as the entire Dead Nation turns hostile.
Or you could pickpocket the key from Hargrimm and stroll over to the door to the silent king. Using the key on his door turns the Dead Nations hostile too...
