I'm doing Sacrificial Bloodlines quest and trying to do it the "good" way.

Unfortunately, after taking the poison to Simoc, the only way I can avoid a fight is either through Resolve or Intelligence, which I don't have that much of. I checked online, and apparently you need 19 for either.

I have base 12 INT and 10 RES. Is there any way of raising them through items?

I know I can retrain in an inn, but I don't want to do it that way.

For anyone interested. You can get INT 12 to 19 without retraining:

+3 bonus rest at Stronghold
+2 Casita Casserole
+2 Item (quite a few give this bonus)
