Hi,
I am at the end of the game. I finished White march 1 and 2, I have almost finished the main game (I am at the Burial isle now), finished whole Endless paths and my party is on a level 16. But I have no chance to win this fight. I am killed after a few seconds, doing just a few scratches to the dragons and Llengrath. Could you please give me some advice? I have no idea what I am doind wrong. My party is - me (fighter with sword and shield), Edar, Aloth, Sagani, Durance and Kana.
Thanks

Make a good tank with 130+ base deflection and attack the big dragon with him ( he should also use drugs for higher defence). With the rest of the group kill Llengrath or the smaller dragon first and kill the minions. After that, all attack the big dragon. Don't forget to use accuracy/defence lowering spells or it will be very hard to hit him. I usually boost my parties accuracy with my druid.
That's the one thing that totally irks me about the expansion. A few of the fights (like alpine dragon as well) they will just one shot half your party if you aren't lucky. Totally annoying...good luck not wanting to break your keyboard over your knee!!!!

I also use a lot of summons as distractions. Seems like the main game you can adjust your strategy depending on your party. In WM bosses you have to have a specific cheese tactics with lucky rolls or else it's stupidly difficult.

Did you win that fight yet? I'm going to be on it soon.
Well...I'm at the fight. Annoying as crap as I remember.

Keep in mind the bigger dragon is NOT immune to being charmed (I use whisper of treason with a cipher) and the smaller dragon is NOT immune to being dominated. I suggest the item ring of changing heart...OR...

Cast ringleader with a cipher. That will dominate the target (small dragon) and charm foes in area of effect...so if the big dragon is nearby the smaller one, it'll get charmed in the process as well.. Let me know how it goes.

Edit...ringleader doesn't seem to connect but whisper of treason works on the big dragon.

You can *petrify* the small dragon.

With this info...carefully healing and using summons you can win IF you get good rolls. A few of these battles feel like they got lazy and just threw some crap together. It's not just hard, you get one-shotted half the time it's stupid. Oh man...I need to count to ten and cool off.

If you have tactics that work well then feel free to share. I'm keeping a save file right before some of these crazy fights.
