The Pillars Twitter account said that for those who own both games, you can get a special ingame item, the ring Gaun's Pledge. They say its in your list of serial keys. I have no idea where that is. I have checked the dlc page and there's nothing there.

Any help would be appreciated.

As strange as it sounds the free serial is under PoE 1 in your game shelf, not Deadfire..

Big thanks to both of you, I totally missed this bonus until now.
The redeem key for this DLC is on the serials tab of Pillars of Eternity (first one) game card.

It's entirely possible I've missed something, but I've looked for the key for a good while now, from several places, and I can't find anything that even hints at a serial key. I was a backer of both the first and the second game, so could that be causing problems?

In the screenshot attached, you can see an highlighted entry "Serial keys" reachable from the "More" menu.
By clicking it, you should access a tab with a link to redeem the DLC you are missing.

I too am a backer of both games, so that should not prevent you from getting it.

So just everyone is aware. You cannot get to the serial keys from the GOG Galaxy application. You have to go the website.

I can't find the serial anywhere under the PoE1 game menu, DLC list, etc. Can you post a quick screenshot of where the "Serial Numbers" should be?

EDIT: Never mind, I see a screenshot posted above.
