Hello togehter, I have Durance in my company and I need him to master the "Prayer Against Trechery" spell. He just reched level 10 but I cannot find that spell in his selection. So what do have to choose to give him the ability to offer this spell?

I think you are a level lower than required for it.
P.s. you can also look at stores for its scroll variant
