Same issue. Logged a support ticket but just got a generic "Try different browser, check firewall" type response.

I did notice that when redeeming my code in the details it said "Select 0 items at 70% off" so maybe its bugging out trying to give a discount on 0 copies of a game and thats the issue?

Also sent a support ticket telling about the problem. Got an answer saying the problem was fixed, but still doesn't work... :(
I'm about to head out soon, but have any of us tried it under a different browser just in case yet...? I know I haven't, although I did try logging in and out of my account here with no luck.

Only other trick I could think of might be to clear cache and try again.
After exchanging messages with support they gave a new code, which worked. Thank you GOG!
After a 2nd message support sent me a new code too. Worked perfectly.

When I put it in, the details on it read "Select 1 items at 70% off" instead of saying 0 items like before so I guess something got broke in some of the old codes when they fixed that free game thing.
Same problem here.
Problem still remains, it is not fixed.

Contacted support. I guess in a few days I will get a generic response like people reported here, then I will have to resend.

My code does not select the item, it says 0 items selected. I hope they issue a new code but I suspect I will have to go through a few generic emails first.

I really wish GoG would *read* the emails first as it is a known problem.
Lets see how we go.

if everyone who has the original needsa new code why not just reissue them or better still why does it not detect the original and then just calculate 70% off on checkout rather than redeem ?

I sent a support ticket yesterday, still no response.
I'm in the same boat. Tried last night several times and again just now. Also logged a ticket and no reply. I hope they get this sorted very soon as I woud love to play a more accessible version of this intriguing game.
Still not fixed.
They sent me a new code, and that worked fine. It does look like all the codes they originally gave out are broken.
